You will provide references/moodboards/collages when commissioning me. I will not work solely off of text description.

You guarantee that the character, design or other, are either yours or you have the right to use. You guarantee that they aren't stolen, copied or AI generated.

I have the right to decline any commission if I do not feel like I am capable of completing the request.

I will not draw anything that is explicit, offensive or inappropriate

Specific restrictions include but don't limit to : furries, mecha, NSFW, heavy gore, muscular characters, old people, infants, cultures I may not be able to portray correctly.

Any deadlines must be specified BEFORE I accept the commission.

You will not rush me, asking for updates is okay but do not do it everyday.

If anything comes up in my life that'll affect the time spent on the commission, I will let you know accordingly.

For illustrations, reference sheets and designs, you have 3 revisions across the entire commission.

For vtuber models, you have 6 revisions across the entire commissions.

Anything that is clearly my mistake will not be counted as a revision and will not be taken off of your amount. (ex. I got a colour wrong, i'm missing a detail of the character , you asked me to do/add something and I forgot, etc.)

What will count towards revisions but does not limited to : Changing your mind on pose, asking for a change, even if its my fault, after you confirmed that stage to be done. (ex. you confirmed the sketch, I am now shading the piece, and you ask for something on the sketch to be changed.)

Any additional revisions will cost you depending on how big the revision is, expect €5-€15 per revision.

Revisions may affect progress and timeline

Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the commission. I will not ghost you.

If something is going on that may affect my communication with you (ex. Vacation, illness, school) I will let you know accordingly.

We will communicate through Discord or Twitter DMS. If agreed apon that we communicate else where, do not expect me to answer swiftly. I choose Discord and Twitter as my communication apps because I am active there.

I own the copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights to any commission unless agreed apon differently. Which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, posting the commission and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels and more.

You own usage rights to the commission for PERSONAL USE. Refer below for commercial use.

Personal use includes: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, posts, vtuber schedules. You may also print and frame the work and display it in PERSONAL spaces.

You do not claim the work as your own and must credit me when using the commission. Please add my username/link (most preferably my Twitter @) at the instance of display of the commission or permanently on your websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on.

You do not edit or modify the commission in any way without prior permission from me.

Commercial rights are not included unless paid for or specified in the commission type. (Vtuber models)

Commercial rights include : Usage on streams, videos and any other form of content, or any monitized instances. Selling/reselling the work, as any product, (prints, keychains, pins, etc.) is allowed IF YOU ASK ME FIRST.

Please let me know what type of commercial use you're looking to use my work for beforehand. Different commercial usages have different commercial fees.

Usage of work for AI tools, platforms or programs; ML tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is STRICTLY prohibited.

Additional charges will be required for commercial usage. If it's not stated anywhere, ASK ME. Commercial usage NEVER comes for free.

I only take Paypal unless stated/agreed apon differently.

You pay in EUROS. MY PRICES ARE IN EUROS.

NEVER, EVER, ask me if I do commissions for Robux/Royale High Diamonds/Toyhouse Codes/Any other (ingame) currency that isn't actual money. You will be blocked instantly.

Payment is upfront. Payment plans available for Vtuber Models.

Any commission that is higher than €250 may pay 50/50. (50% upfront, 50% afterwards.) If this is the case, I will send the finished work blurred as proof of completion, after the final payment I will send it unblurred.

Prices may vary or change depending on details, request, or additional revisions.

You will pay any fees that Paypal may give, (sorry I know it can be a lot :(♡) Please make sure I RECEIVE the agreed amount.

You guarantee you will not issue a chargeback/refund, more refund policy below.

You are un-able to cancel the commission after payment.

Strictly no refunds unless I cancel.

If we have agreed apon a deadline, you may ask for a refund 3 months after the deadline if I still have not completed the work.

If I cancel due to personal reasons, you will ALWAYS receive a full refund no matter how far I am into the commission.

I reserve the rights, to cancel a commission without refund, if the client acts distinctly rude, rushes me with multiple warnings, asks me innapropriate things/makes me uncomfortable with multiple warnings, or heavily breaks my TOS.
